Junior Golf Camp – Camps that are closed. – Camp 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.

Registration Instructions
Please print off the camp registration document below. A signed registration form and payment need to be received at Shortee’s to secure a position in one of the camps. Registration forms can be mailed, faxed, or hand delivered. If you wish to sign up for multiple camps only one form per child needs to be completed.
